So I got up late for a change. We ate breakfast at lunchtime. What a great day. The temps here are running at 80° during the day so I ride my bike every chance I get.

I txd Jim a couple hours ago to see if the cheap fuck got a new phone. He has one of those expen$ive, high dollar, gold plated, been in Barbi Benton's cooter with no insurance phones.

I have a $89 Straightalk phone. It does everything but swim.

Well hopefully Jim and I will ride this spring. This time I will follow him.

The plane came by about 9. He was on the right side of the plane as it was tilted that way.

When we were in Costa Maya on that cruise something pretty cool happened.

We had rented Jet Skis. The company had 4 sleds, so only 4 could go out at one time, but there were 5 of us that rented, so we went in two groups. Amanda and I hung back and watched the first group from the beach.

You can almost make out the other 3 people we were with out near the horizon. At one point they went beyond it and we lost sight of them.

When we went, it was just us two and the guide. After about 10 minutes of aimless frolicking in the waves, I saw a dolphin jump in Amanda's wake. And then another. I started trying to get her attention, waving my arm and holding my hand in a blade on top of my head like a fin. When she saw that her eyes bugged, and I realized she probably was thinking SHAAARRRK!!!

but then one jumped in front of her. And one behind me. There had to be 7-10 dolphin playing in the water all around us. I saw a baby or two jump. The bigger ones got between us, and when they started swimming along next to me... always on my left... they would roll on their side, and get up close to the surface and turn me aside from the area the little ones were playing in, I got the hint that they wanted us to steer clear. But they were still having fun racing us and jumping in front of us.

Even the guide was excited to see it. I guess it doesn't happen a lot. Could not have paid money for something like that. And we had decided not to bring cameras along so we could concentrate on the moment. It was the highlight of the trip for both of us, especially so for her. Pretty cool, right?
