Fresh Homemade Burratta - Thin layer of mozzarella filled with a cheese mixture topped with fresh herbs, olive oil, garlic

Bruschetta of the day - Made with fig spread, goat (I think) cheese, prosciutto, drizzled with balsamic vinegar

Michelangelo - (Sandwich on baguette) Prosciutto parma, fresh mozzarella, crisped pancetta, broccoli rabe, olive oil, roasted red pepper pesto

First two items were shared with a friend. The sandwich was all me. Fat and happy

I mean, it's cheese wrapped in cheese, so maybe that's the cheese spelling?

Stir fried pork, cucumber, and a runny fried egg over rice with fish sauce and sriracha.

An excellent way to celebrate the completion of my colonoscopy this morning.

Isn't anyone gonna help that poor man?[/Blazing Saddles]

Today was a damn busy bowl o' noodles. Chicken Ramen, left over sweet peas, left over pork stir-fry and a paper thin slice of a purple onion.
