Foreign Streaming

I want to watch a BBC program on my computer that won't play outside the UK. Is there a way around this that doesn't involve sketchy torrent sites? For example, I don't have Tor but would be willing to install it if it would make this work...

Ah!

Nevermind, I have solved my problem. For those curious, go to www.hola.org. Fast, free, and works like a charm for US-to-UK and supposedly the other way round as well.
