Just two. But the first one got retweeted by the head book critic for the NYTimes, so I'm hoping to keep my rate at 100%.

You write clearly and succinctly, without any bullshit. Exactly what I want, especially on the net. Kudos to you and Alan.

Fun thing: I am the host of a new podcast for Damn Interesting. If you're into that sort of thing, you can get information and links to subscribe here.

Takes me 3 weeks to grow a respectable beard.

Never had a 'respectable' beard.

I got neckbeard.

I couldn't decide whether I should grow a beard or not; so, I flipped a coin in a box. While the result was indeterminate, I started growing a beard anyway. One day, while trimming it, I got the hiccups which caused me to slip with the electric trimmer and mess it up. Years ago it was predicted that putting gyroscopes in electric trimmers would keep unexpected rapid motions from causing such catastrophes. I'm still waiting for someone to close that loop. I don't know how it would feel to have a beard; but, I got a software program that allows me to see what I'd look like with one by digitally superposing 3D images of beards onto a 3D image of my face.

And that's as far as I got. You see, I'm already doing the Alexa skill "Curiosity" every night just before I go to sleep and I'm pretty much maxed out on time to devote to all the damn interesting stuff there is to learn out there. Nicely done though.

My parody on the linked article Clod provided and the first five curated linked topics in the podcast she hosts. You have to go beyond the link provided to this one (click on Listen to Episode):
