Sneeze Count

I've picked up a cold, probably from my very generous work colleague. My current record is five sneezes in a row. I'm sure my downstairs neighbours are thanking me for having sneezed very loudly five times in a row at 4am on a Monday morning (my bedroom is right above their's). A friend has just got over the flu, and now has a chest infection. He works in a hospital, gets there on the tube and bus, and his girlfriend works in a school. So basically he gets exposed to every germ under the Sun. He'd had a flu jab as well. He said he's going back to work today and looking forward to giving his boss his chest infection. Well you have to share the love don't you?

Hmm, that's interesting. About a week ago I went through fits of violent sneezing for a couple days, but no other symptoms of cold/flu.

Maybe the sneezing worked, then?

Funny. I had sneezing the day before the diarrhea and vomiting. I lost Friday and the weekend back to work yesterday...

I have hay fever. I long ago stopped counting sneezes and instead just note how long the sneezing fit lasts until my nose plugs up entirely.

Ever notice that you never seem to sneeze when you are asleep?

I have woken up sneezing. Three season allergies. Also a hay fever sufferer.

I very rarely sneeze less than three consecutive times. And five to eight isn't all that uncommon.

Just think: if all you multiple-sneezers are actually getting the sinuses more clear, in 1,000 years we'll all be sneezing multiple times. But if heterosexual mates find your multi-sneezing to be offensive and unfuckable, you're going to die out.
