Ass someone who has hit a really bad patch myself recently, I have an insight into exactly what you describe regarding your moods, the way you react to them and the wait for things to swing back round again. So sorry about the sucky scumbag scrote who stole your things. Being a bleeding heart liberal, I often make excuses for people who take what isn't theirs by right, but when it comes to people I care about being hurt, I just want to hang them up by the balls and suck out every good memory they ever had until they start to feel as bad as their victims. Please keep checking in. Even if it's just to say, "Hi guys, still alive." I know it can be hard to explain more than that when you're low, and you value communication too much to obfuscate.
