convert mp3 to cda
Anyway to do this? My old cd player will only play cda.I guess. Sure won't play the mp3. I can't see having to fire up the BDP and tv to play music.

Hiya buster
What are you using to play the mp3 files? I bet they're on your computer in some way, even if they are also on some music player. Most music playing software that can burn a cd will also give you the option to burn it as mp3 files or as an "audio cd". That's the term iTunes uses. I've used iTunes as a music library, player and cd burner. When I use it to burn cds, it always asks me just before I commit what kind of disc I'm trying to make, mp3 or audio. If you use iTunes and choose "audio cd" when burning your playlist to cd, you'll get a cd that will play in your plain old cd boombox.

I burn .wma files to cd, they work in any cd player I have tried, including our very old hifi, never even heard of cda.
I have used this for years to convert mp3 to wma. http://www.koyotesoft.com/audio-soft...converter.html |

Beest. Thanks for link. After heavy handed clean-up of burning programs, it hit me that the Memorex cds didn't like my computer or any software of mine. 8 coasters. Now have Sony and seems to work, but not on old cd player.
Big V.Y0u are right Nero does same thing. Still no joy, but trash runs once a week

Set the burning software to burn at a slower speed. That often helps with unreliable discs.

Wipe the CD player's glass laser port with a Q-tip soaked in alcohol that is >90% (not 70% or 50%).
