we have a floor to ceiling cabinet of board and card games that are played regularly. As does my sister apparently. I just donated Buckaroo and Mousetrap to the thrift store, I think..... Figured we were probably done with them

If you're looking to add more, I can highly recommend King of Tokyo.

I like Illuminati, by Steve Jackson Games. It was recently updated, so I don't know what changed.

That was the last game I bought beest. We used to play it in college. It didn't change all that much. Sadly we only managed to play about half a game, but the kids were intrigued. We mostly learned most of the rules we played in college were the drunk student rules

I love dice. I may have accidentally bought some too. maybe.

I love reading about them being found in archaeological excavations. One of my nicest pottery pieces is an enlarged replica of an ancient D20. This is about 6" in diameter. And hollow. I know, I digress.... sorry

Parenting moment from a week ago;
Lil' Griff hosted our family Thanksgiving on Saturday because she had to work Thanksgiving. She splatchcocked a turkey with all the fixings and Lil' Pete made pie. I am pleased with what has been wrought.
