Cheese! Oh, yeah. In all its forms cheese is glorious (for the palate, if not the heart). Macaroni and cheese is a personal favorite, and it's darned easy to make. (No, not out of a box.)

Dana, I had eggs, sausage, toast, and baked beans for breakfast yesterday. Thank you! I particularly enjoyed the flavor interplay between the beans and the egg yolk.

These 5 items are at the top of my favorite foods list:
  • Grilled salmon
  • Baked macaroni and cheese
  • Baked chicken with herbs
  • Beef and bean burritos
  • Vegetable +/- meat pizzas

Always trying to keep it healthy, but mostly fail!

Stroganoff with egg noodles (my go-to comfort food)
Spaghetti (sometimes with meatballs, sometimes with italian sausage, sometimes with ground beef/sausage in the sauce... I also switch up the noodle style to mix it up)
Steak seasoned pork chops with veg (usually asparagus)
Eggs with bacon and smoked sausage and sausage patties and spam (ALL THE MEATS)
Stir fry steak and veggies with steamed rice

Now I'm hungry....
