Still no fucking passports.

My apologies to those who are offended by the title. Not sincere ones, but, you know.....

Apart from that it's all good.

I just really enjoyed that I was posting in this thread while talking to the IRS on the phone

(actually they were very helpful, but I still enjoyed it)

Now, do I suck up the $1/minute on top of the international phone call rate to attempt find out where the fuck my passports are that I was charged for weeks ago, or have I used up all my good call center karma for the day by having a productive one minute call with the IRS?

Right. They charge extra because we're overseas, then they outsource the complaints/info process who demand that you pay to talk to them and chances are they know fuck all because they're not the company doing the actual damn processing. I've paid near $300 for these passports and i have to pay $1.50ish per freaking minute so someone can tell me either they're going to make it or their not or they're lost but then they won't be able to actually do anything about it because they're not the people doing the processing?

The international phone call won't be very high, but the $1/minute is on top of that -direct to the people you're talking to, just for them to talk to you. You have to have a credit card handy when you phone.
