The best and easiest thing I ever did for my health is when I stopped drinking a can of pepsi each day with my lunch. That was probably 15 years ago.

Let's see. 15 years times 48 weeks in a work year times 5 days in a week times 41 grams of sugar in a can is 147,600 grams of sugar that my body didn't have to process in that time. 147 kg is 325 pounds.

325 pounds of sugar I didn't eat in that time. Yuck.

Go with beer, the yeast has converted the sugar to alcohol.

Pepsi is being sued for false advertising with they're touting of natural juice smoothies. The label says no sugar added, only the sugar from the fruit. Well duh, fruit has sugar, lots of it. These have twice the sugar in a Pepsi. The sugar content is on the label folks, you gotta read the label and not go by the ad buzz words like natural, healthy, organic.
