Isbell's voice reminds me of Ryan Bingham.

Great line: "Lost in the middle of nowhere, wishin' I was somewhere". I love that fuzzy lead thing he does, catchy as hell.

I made myself LOL. I was listening to the Bingham tune (at my desk), from the waste up it was all business as usual.

From the waste down I was dancing like a fool.

I never heard of Chandler before, but, I kinda dug it.

Wow, the two songs really sound similar don't they? The extremely similar sound, combined with the tidbit below, tells me they may have been influenced by this very song. Or at least sampled that guitar riff.

Very good catch!

Oh man, I love teh interwebz.

Here's a song I havent listened to in fucking years. I used to love this.

The Colourblind James Experience, 'A Different Bob':

It's one of those tracks (the whole album is) that transports me to a very specific time and place. I listen to this and I instantly access where my head was at at that point. Twenty-four years old and all to play for.

Some more James:

The singer is already more mature than Axl will ever be.

The Mini Band - aged 8-10 yrs.
