the Banjo

Do you play it?

And, if you don't, why not?

Side note: the ex has a niece named Amanda Lynn. HAHAHAHAHAHA

The classical repertoire for banjo is somewhat limited. And I'm not much for bluegrass.

Mark Twain's definition of a gentleman: one who knows how to play the banjo, but doesn't.

My uncle plays the mandolin, the mandola, and several other varieties of that sort of thing. I'm pretty sure not the banjo, though.

I would love to be able to play it. Or any instrument, for that matter.

But I probably wouldn't too much if I could.

No.

It is deeply uncool. Also I only have ten each of fingers and toes, and am not married to my cousin.

My niece is named Zoe.

I had one and played it for a little while as a teenager, along with guitar. Played guitar for many years, but only dabbled in the banjo.

You know, I immediately think of that kid when anyone mentions the banjo.

I always prefered the melodiousness of the guitar to the pluckiness of the banjo.
