weird request
My RL friend's wife is an "emetophobic" -- has a fear of vomiting. This actual condition is an annoyance, and she's using "exposure therapy" to help get rid of it.
So she asked me for a list of movies that have scenes in them in which someone barfs. I could only think of two and they aren't good enough. The rule is: they have to be realistic (not cartoonish, like the two I thought of: The Meaning of Life, and the Exorcist). Whaddya think? |

You know, I was just going to say, there's a web site for everything, no matter how deviant. Surely something as (relatively) wholesome as barfing in the movies would have a web site, and lo, the glory of the Internet delivers. (Tho I bet there's an amateur fan site out there that's even better than the E! one.) Why, just a couple weeks ago, I was doing some poking around looking for info about the material my glasses are made of (I am seriously nearsighted, I'm not exaggerating when I say that most opticians will not handle my prescription, and I actually made a couple of them cringe and one refuse to believe my ophtalmologist hadn't made a mistake) I found a site devoted to one guy's fetish for photographs of women wearing extremely thick glasses!
Anyway, when we were headed back over the Tennessee mountains this past Friday, we had 2 kids who were carsick... If I had known you'd have had a need, Tony, I'd have whipped out the camcorder!! |

Umm the first three whiskey videos have footage of people puking. They are snow/skateboarding videos. In the first one, to be in it you either had to puke or break a bottle over your head on camera. great stuff, gotta love the wacky canadians and their wonderful mountains. If thats not good enough Send me your address and I'll grab a couple of bottles of whiskey and make my own video (I can even projectile vomit!) for you.

I hate to be the one to mention this but in memory of RichH, there's even puke porn available.

"Kingpin" -- right after Woody Harrelson's character sleeps with the landlord. Yecch! That was so nasty, I almost got sick.

Thanks all, I have given her your suggestions but if you come up with any more I'll just mention them to her later.
