That's what the CDC recommends also.

Points one and two were from multiple sources on the anonyweb and have since been confirmed by a doctor.

Point three was based on my own experience.

Hebe got rostered for the first Water Polo Tournament of the season this weekend. It's Varsity, she's a freshman and has never played an actual game (but she's been learning/scrimaging since November and she's a strong swimmer).

She can't be there -She's swiming a big meet in Ohio. The coach knew that. But forgot. Hebe was cool with missing the tourney because she never expected to get rostered. She assumed she's be Junior varsity who are only expected to be there to cheer.

It's so cool that that got rostered, but really, it would have been better if the coach had remembered that she was missing this one so she didn't feel like she was missing such a cool thing -there won't be many freshmen on anyon'e roster. She probably wouldn't have played much, but still......

oh... and the team were State Champs last year with no seniors, so she wasn't rostered out of desperation

Good news: I have the opportunity to go to interior Alaska next month for work. I've never been to Alaska.

Bad news: I'm so busy that I'll probably have to turn it down.

I'm trying to figure out how to make it work.

The bad news is, the dryer broke down last night.

The good news is, I was able to get a new one this morning, exactly the same (which we've been very happy with) for a really good price.

The bad news is, I had to put it on the credit card.

The good news is, it'll be paid off by the end of the month so no interest payments.

The good news: I spotted a spider on the other side of the room despite not even having my glasses on, before it hid under some junk.

The bad news: I spotted a spider on the other side of the room despite not even having my glasses on! It was huge!

The good news: I destroyed it.

The bad news: It made a squishy mess on my coaster.

The good news is that Sally is back. She was at the pound.

The bad news is that she can still get out of the fence, so Aden will have some work to do when he gets home.

GREAT news, Ali!! I'm so happy for you.

My good news ... my brain seems to finally be firing on most cylinders again.

The bad news ... now I have a complete case analysis to write tonight - have to present it tomorrow morning.
