NhocCutegirls can't say anything. I banned it a year or two ago for posting spam. I have no idea why it keeps coming back. I think it's a robot trying to post and getting an error message, but never giving up. It amuses me. I imagine one of those vacuum cleaner robots trapped in a corner, repeatedly bumping against the wall.

I thought it was a cute-girl-collective who just happened to like chocolate even though they knew they shouldn't.
