Anyone please help me about this?
My mom's photo was published in the website called "mugshots". My mom is innocent, if her co-workers and employer found out that she does crime, my family will be ruined, I want that photo off to that website. What can I do?

Not much you can do if the mugshot is a public record. Sorry. I'm sure Mel Gibson, and Nick Nolte, and a couple dozen other celebrities would love to have their mugshots kept confidential too.
I notice you didn't include a link. I suppose the curious can always just do a Google search to look for this mugshot site, and that way, nobody can accuse you of being a spammer.

The only thing to do is for your Mom to go and commit whatever crime she is blamed for. Then the karma works out.
This is how criminal networks recruit, you know. She should feel complimented.

Just gonna assume this is a legit request, primarily because there is in fact a mugshots.com.
Mugshots are considered public record and that site seems to be a run as a repository of mugshots of all kinds, taken for all kinds of reasons. The site does have a whole section titled 'Unpublish Mugshot' and another with info on expungement (the removal of public records from government databases). Check their Unpublish Mugshot section, which lists scenarios in which they would remove a mugshot from their site. Of course, that won't stop others from posting it if the image has been copied...
