I'm even MORE fun.

I'll be at the nuthouse.

We are celebrating by having dinner from Panera Bread.

It would be against company policy to have champagne, so of course, as in past years, we will.

There was a deal on at M&S - three party food selections and a bottle of Cava for a tenner.
So I bought two lots. Well I had a £10 voucher anyway.
Nom nom nom, very bad for me, but sod it. Big changes in the New Year so might as well see the old one out in style.

Mum & Dad are housesitting, so it's all for me.
Okay, I do intend to leave some for them - they're back tomorrow.

I might go for a kip in a little while, and stay up late.
Well, I don't like to when they're here - they're in bed by 22.00 most nights. Also I know there'll be fireworks visible from this room at midnight, so I may as well enjoy them.

I did think about going to a pub, but I really can't justify spending that much money (I was naughty in what I did spend).

Maybe staying home with my cats.

Maybe house/dog-sitting at HG's sister's house (with cable, a big screen TV, and internet!)

I'd be just as happy home alone, except for the lure of internet.

We are having dinner tonight at a BYOB--so I'll be lugging along a big clanking bag o' booze of course.

Afterward, we'll be walking about 20 blocks back to our neighborhood as quickly as possible (there will be no taxi cabs available as we learned a couple years back), to see the Penn's Landing fireworks at midnight.

My wife works next door to Panera bread. I love that place. The manager gives my wife free stuff. I pretty much like everything they sell.
