I don't know what to cook on 4 July. I'm at a loss it's just gonna be Keryx and I.

Pre-cook chicken parts half way or more in the oven, then BBQ with a good sauce.
Potato salad and dry Riesling.
Cheesecake and Port.

Well I just went and bought $18 worth of ribeye so that is what we are doing

Cauliflower, and I may make hollandaise sauce for it
