I really thought this thread should have been called "Asymmetrical 'do's and don'ts." Maybe it's the ethanol.

Apparently perms are bout to make a rebirth.

It's really not surprising since we've been redoing the 70's for the last 10 yrs or so. It's almost time for the 80's again. I'm really hoping there's nor so many frills this time around though. I'm really not very good with frills.

But, yes, the swing bob is often (usually) the platform for asymmetry, as the photos illustrate. This post was mostly useless.
Does anyone else at the things Flint knows?

Razz beat me to it.

Legwarmers are sooooo back. Worn with leggings (short) and high heels or cute flats....its an *aquired* taste me thinks.

I think leg warmers are sexy. Should I get rid of my Nehru jacket?

I don't know, are you wearing the jacket and the leg warmers at the same time? Fashion risk, my friend.

No way! If I did that, people would describe me like this:

Quote:
Spexxwetter is the term they're using to describe this phenomenal phenomenon. It encompasses the whole.... 'je ne sais quois' that is the fearfully aggressive, hornet nest kicking, shadow fearing, damaged goods, envious of everyone, yet attention whoring, giant poking, dimwitted bravery of a savant retarded bottle washer having malcontented system blaming bug fucker, needle dicked shitbag that can't tolerate the smell of his own skin, dung sniffer and child porn surfing butt plug wearing, mouth agape panting feces smearing nutcase that personifies our very own dwellar, spexxvet.

I think my whole head qualifies in Flints new category. But I really don't give a crap about hair either. Outside of mullets being amusing of course.

I had a swing bob until recently, but not an asymetrical one. I'd worry about parting it in the right place.

I didn't mind the legwarmer trend when they first came back -- because I was working in a dance studio and everyone I saw wearing them was a dancer, in which case they totally make sense. I would wear them to dance class or yoga, but not when trying to look cute.
