I wonder if they're going to skip all of Dany's travels, and have her consolidate power in Qarth.

Calm before the storm.

Setting up the showdowns for the war, for Jon, and for Dany, and moving Arya to the next phase of her journey.

Plus some excellent Tyrion.

"The Lord of Light wants his enemies burned, the Drowned God wants them drowned. Why are all the Gods such vicious cunts? Where is the God of tits and wine?"
Tyrion is a legend.

The Blackwater episode did not disappoint!

Drunk Cersei was amusing, although depressing. I thought it was interesting to see that side of her, that you get to see a lot more of in the books. She's the villain, no doubt, but in that episode it was shown well that she is still a human being who has been through her share of shit just like anyone. It's possible to feel sympathy for her without liking her.
Awesome performance by Lena Headey. She is perfect for Cersei.

Sansa was cool in this ep as well, getting all snarky with Joffrey in front of his men. Haha. She has some very interesting character development in the books and it looks like the show is doing it well, too.
