I had my sleep study back in '99. And I have had a C-pap ever since. It changed my life.

I plan to sleep through it. I finally talked jinx into letting me go to the doctor. Had blood taken this morning also. just to see if I'm dying.

gonna be 40 soon, so I finally caved and went to the doctor.

beest beats me up in the night. And steals the duvet. And snores, but I like that bit -it's gentle and comforting. It's quiet when we're apart

Nothing like gluing on a zillion electrodes, hooking up a wiring harness fit for the space shuttle, and sticking you in a hospital bed, to check you're normal sleep patterns.
