The other part goes great with heels.

I looked and looked but couldn't find a dwellar who I thought would *know* the other part for sure. Carruthers maybe, when you learn, it will be obvious.

They come in pairs, they're sometimes found in pants (but not this kind...), and these happen to be english.

I'm sure you can identify her leg. Her crotch is not in the frame, use your imagination. The silver metal object is a stirrup, like these. They came with a junior jumping saddle I picked up second hand the other day, on a whim.
