Thanks. I forgot to mention that one of them took a dump onto the sidewalk below as it was going by. It must be a regular thing, because there was a zoo person there with a scoop and a disinfectant spray bottle all ready. She was dressed up in a tyvek suit with a respirator and rubber gloves.

I'd say it's pretty bad luck when a bird gets shat upon by a large hairy primate. For the bird, anyway.

One would think so, I mean, think of the logistics: bird has to be flying BELOW the large hairy primate, at just the right time. If the bird were on a treadmill...
