Oh, I meant 'roasted.'

Oh yeah, this bread, let me tell you. This bread is SO white it made Michael Jackson look black! This bread doesn't do a whole lot, just loafs around. Our bread friend here, he had a great idea once. It was a GREAT idea, but it certainly wasn't the greatest thing since sliced 'self.'

No really, I love this bread. Up next we'll have a few words from Drew Carey.

Sanrio (makers of HK) have a policy of not putting the image on anything that could hurt or kill - so butterknives are okay but a chef's knife isn't.

That said, there's a Hello Kitty automatic rifle in the Cool weapons thread.

I was holding the knife and he fell on it.

He fell on it nine times.

Left the toaster oven unplugged again.

Story of my life.

Throw in the bread, set the timer, putter around, hear the *ding*, go over with plate and butter ready only to discover cold, white bread.

The "timer" is mechanical, operates like a wind up kitchen timer, and is independent of the power source, although does contain the switching that turns my toaster oven off and on.

I got the cheapest toaster oven on the shelf.

It does what it's supposed to, but not any more than that.

(I love the Hello Kitty Toaster, and the only thing that kept me from getting one when my last toaster died was that the cheap-ass toaster oven was 1/2 the price. I also must admit that I have done-ness of toast issues, and while cute, the Hello Kitty Toaster leaves a lot of white on the bread. I have the waffle iron, so my kitchen is Hello Kittied.)

Plus if you had too much Hello Kitty stuff in the kitchen, it would be Hello Kitty littered.
