I need a cat door - I'm sick of being the butler to them and having them scratch the trim around my doors.

Thanks, but I had one of them - I want the modern kind thats like a miniature door where you cat has an electronic key on its collar to unlock it so only your cat gets in. It would have to be pretty well insulated too.

We got a cat door for our cats to get to their outside area at our old place. Unfortunately our cats couldn't figure out how to use it and I had to take it out and just leave a hole in the security screen instead.

Our cats are stupid.

A fat lot of good that does, when they bring in a rabbit or bird that's not quite dead, or at least not done bleeding yet.

One of those new cat doors arrived here on Wednesday - it was in clear wrapping so we could see what it was. Everyone assumed it was for me, and when I came back to my desk and saw it I assumed someone had bought it to let Hely into and out of the building (how sweet!)

Then I turned it over and saw if was for one of the artists - they'd ordered it to be delivered here because otherwise they'd have to collect it from the depot (too big for the letterbox)

And we were all really disappointed.
