im all ready glad i got rid of those old kid bmx bike frames and wheels ,

I think they're just some regular Big Wheel wheels, lawnmower wheels, whatever. But they've been wrapped in a short section of eight inch pvc pipe. The wheel with the hub and all carries all the weight and the pvc takes all the traction away. Even the opening frame of the video shows the green kind of pipe (don't know what/why that kind is special). It's pvc though, I'm sure.
