Sorry I missed the deadline - I'll mail a card, I guess.

When you're sending OS it might take a little longer. That's why I'm hoping to get mine in the post in the next few days.

Unfortunately, i think it'll be next week now cause I've had to order one of the things online and have it posted to me which probably wont get here till early next week. Anyway, not too bad, and should still get there before xmas if I get cracking once it arrives.

I'm so slow on the uptake sometimes... I read and reread your post Ali and to me OS was your local pronunciation of "Oz". Nope. OverSeas. I get it. Eventually.

My gift to send to my recipient is still to arrive. I ordered it from one place only to receive an email YESTERDAY! The day I was expecting it to ARRIVE! Saying they're out of stock, sorry we'll give you a refund. I tells ya. If it wasn't christmas, I'd give him a refund they wouldn't forget too soon!!!

Anyway, hopefully the new one I've ordered will be here in a couple of days.

Sorry to my recipient, but I'm trying to get something I think you personally will really like.

My gift has arrived and will be mailed off this week, in plenty of time for the holiday.

And were the people at the post office impressed with your package?

...there's still a place in the world for men. Women want to be a lot of things traditionally considered masculine: doctors, rock stars, body builders, presidents of the United States. But there are plenty of masculine things women have, so far, shown no desire to be: pipe smokers, first-rate spin casters, wise old drunks, quiet. And there is one thing women can never take away from men. We die sooner.
