I bought tickets to a football game for my daughter and my son Daniel - or so thought. The site screwed me and sent me three parking passes instead of tickets. Grrrrrrr
I went ballistic on them this morning and threatened "third party intervention" The finally relented from their "All sales final" policy and made a one time exception of a full refund.
Yay me, that was $240 I couldn't afford to lose.
