It seems that NASA's HDEV website has gone back to unsecured content which should once again enable Firefox and other browsers to access it. The URLs are the same; but, the link in the quote displays the padlock symbol indicating secure (encrypted) content. The URL display for the second link does not.
The association was to another extreme activity and I thought someone might enjoy the view.
