Saturday (as mentioned a while back) we cook the pig at the Lodge. Open house day. I will take lots of pics.
I will co- cook the pig and I am also doing six gallons of green beans. Suggestions on what type of meat to use as seasoning in the beans? Please be budget minded. |

Ham or bacon - those are your best options IMO.
