Kick sand in their faces.

I'm trying! :)

I am trying to be all "brick and mortar" support the mom and pop stores and all that shit. So i had my doc send my scrip to the local pharmacy instead of the big box pharmacy. So they fucked up my doc's ID number somehow and they think she is not covered under my insurance and they are too busy to figure out how to fix the problem right now but will get on it in a few hours. This is after me calling them yesterday and them saying they hadn't gotten it when my doc told me she had sent it to them.

Fucksticks.
It's not like taking it right now will make any difference (it takes 2 weeks to start working) it's just the principle of it all. I know I could send it to big box and they would not have this problem. The main thing I suspect is that this mom and pop operation is running on commodore 64 computers and dial-up-- if they even have a computer.

Isn't the point of the mom and pop store that you get more personalized customer service? Maybe this is the personalized customer service that one gets when they hate you.

Personalized doesn't necessarily mean accurate or high quality.

Shawnee123 01-25-2011 01:15 PM

No, personalized means personal. As in personal. It doesn't mean anything else but personal. So stop using that word even though we knew exactly what you meant. kthx.

footfootfoot 01-25-2011 01:37 PM

What word?

jimhelm 01-25-2011 01:37 PM

inconceivable!

footfootfoot 01-25-2011 01:39 PM

You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means.

Shawnee123 01-25-2011 01:39 PM

Personally I don't care which word you use. By that I mean I don't care in any way except that it's personal. I dont' mean my not caring is efficient or my lack of compassion is state of the art. It just means that, in a personal way, you can use whatever word suits you personally. Our word use is, well, it's personal.

footfootfoot 01-25-2011 01:47 PM

So do all transitive verbs piss you, personally, off? Myself, it's the intransitive ones. ;)

Shawnee123 01-25-2011 01:49 PM

ALL transitive verbs. I see NO reason why verbs have to dress like the opposite sex and traipse and sashay around the paragraph like they ain't got no shame. Hmmph. They's goin' to hell, you know, them transitives.
