I'm through with my 11-day fast protocol. Made it through without too much cheating, I think. Made it through my fast day without undue hunger. Kinda put me in a strange headspace, though.

My 17 year old son told me he wanted to hang out with me this weekend - for no reason!

Ah, the bosses are all away and the weather is beautiful. I've got fresh air blowing in and some Chieli Minucci playing, and I'm still getting things done. :cool:

I rode my motorcycle today and I didn't hit the three deer that were standing in the road at the top of the curve.

FINALLY!!! after nearly 4 days, Clyde (my dog) gets to come home from the vets!

He gave me the most pitiful look when I left him there plus he was knocked out the times I called in to see him, so he probably thinks I have deserted him.
