No, Amanda Huggankisz

There was a subtle but excellent Amadeus reference in an episode of How I Met Your Mother that we watched last night. I am pleased to be one of (I suspect) like 10 people in the world who immediately got it within the first few seconds.

What was it?

Small joy to most but huge to me is that my gorgeous cats ate their tea. I have a mother and daughter rescue pair and love them deeply and yes they are my substitute kids but more so, and my huge love for them is mostly returned. At the end of the day they're cats:)

Feathers the mum is very obese and we have tried a variety of treatments and today we started our final chance. She and her daughter Daisy have tried Royal Canin Obesity Management for Cats - and they loved it. They have hated previous replacement foods but now on their last chance, they ate their tea. Happy me:)

It was from season 4, episode 2, "The Best Burger Ever." After they finally find the burger, Barney starts describing the profound beauty of this burger, in a very close homage of this speech:



The matching Mozart piece was playing quietly in the background of Barney's speech, too.

D'aaahhhh...I might have caught it. I loved Amadeus. I should probably start watching that show. Im gonna check whether Comcasts Xfinity Streampix has the old seasons.

Yeah, that and Dangerous Liaisons are my two favorite movies of all time.

Sadly, has made me switch from real cleaning to pretendy-cleaning (reading book in room and shifting about enough to suggest I am sorting my wardrobe out).
