Led Zeppelin - Physical Graffiti
Jethro Tull - Thick As A Brick
Miles Davis - In A Silent Way
That's all I can definitively say right now.
I was just discussing Steve Vai - Passion & Warfare yesterday, but, I don't know, I love it, but, every day until forever? That's what makes it so tough. I might say some Herbie Hancock or Coltrane or alot of other things, but the three I posted, I'm pretty sure about those. Another one that might fall too far outside the criteria, but is still great, is Lucinda Williams - Car Wheels On A Gravel Road.
