And your life savings?
Welcome to the Cellar, godwulf.

Thanks!

Savings?

Oh, yeah...that's what we encourage the kids to do, in order to support us in our old age, which may be any day now.

We Cellarites are highly visually oriented...photos, please? Or did you spend all the digital camera money, too?

I think I've figured out how to do that. I'll give it a shot.

Sorry about that. Not sure what I did wrong. I pasted in the url's for the ImageStation photos that I'd previously uploaded, when clicking on the "IMG" button prompted me to do so. Mmm... Maybe somebody has to review and 'pass' the photos before they are visible, do you suppose?

If the timer hasn't expired yet .... (there's a time limit on editing posts here)

each of your images has a ".thumb" notation at the end of the url.

Go back in and delete it.

EDIT: (and they are really cool! You do need a bigger room, though.)

Good Lord...where do you *live*? I mean, you do have a house just for the baseball stuff, right?

As far as I know, only Bruce has a house that is actually bigger on the inside than it is on the outside.

I collect dust occasionally.

It seems that I have no particular sort of thing which I obsessively collect. There are many things which I casually collect, but nothing dramatic... books, movies, software, records (vinyl and bake-a-lite), computer parts, a few coins, etc. As far as my stuff goes, there is no one type of item, or theme, which I gravitate towards. I'm such a generalist loser.

There, I fixed it so the photos are actually visible.

Thanks for the offer of the Phillies yearbook, lumberjim...the Phils were actually my team of choice before the DBacks started up...but thanks anyway. It's all I can do to find space these days for the DBacks stuff.

One of my favorite Baseball quotes, along with one of the all-time great t-shirts, came from a Phillie, the infamous John Kruk, who showed up late one year for Spring Training after undergoing an operation for testicular cancer; his t-shirt read "If you don't let me play, I'll take my ball and go home."

I need some too - been looking since 1997. Can not find it ANYWHERE. Lemme know if you locate some - I'll do likewise.

I had someting I collected. And I guess this is just a plea for help.I collected music. The wayGOD meant it to be collected.Through the internet,of course. In this time ,where my life is being devastated,my music is something that helps me keep my head together.Although my music library might be smaller than some of yours(2,300 songs),It's still a huge loss for yours truly.I had rare stuff on there from the napster days.It was all edited and categorized for my personal taste. All gone.
