What's with all the hostility... and besides... I thought one line post were somewhat of a taboo here... or do those rules only apply to those that have been here for more than a week...

if we could have AG up and running we'd be there with or without your help... we know each other there and have delt with cliques for AGes...

All three of you joined less than 24 hours ago and your collective post count is already approaching 150.

This isn't about cliques. Its about carpetbombing the place.

This is my 20th... but if I have to keep defending myself I'll have 150 all to myself in a short amount of time... you can bank on that...

@Beetsie: Hmmm...Lumping three people into one collective category. Nice. Granted, we came from the same place and showed up at the same time, but still. I think, and I can verify this as applies to myself, at any rate, that we are acting autonomously, as would be expected for human beings.

Now "carpetbombing" would be a subjectve description, I believe. As in, if 500 posts were percieved as alot, 50 would be 1/10th of that, and if 5 posts were percieved as alot, 50 would be 10 times that (50 being 150 divided by 3). All things being equal, I fail to see the universal rule-of-thumb regarding the appropriate number of posts per user, per day (and certainly it mentions nothing numerical in the forum guidelines).

Actually, one of your fellow boardies divulged, today, that y'all have a habit of periodically running off new users, so the jury is still out on "cliques".

Periodically is far from habitually. We welcome far more noobs than we "run off" and have a high tolerance if not a downright thirst for new blood to come, stay and contribute. Basically if you can't fit in here then its probably you.

Oh, I like it just fine here, I haven't had any problems so far.

That was funny, how you combined my quote with a quote from a different person as a rebuttal to my point about lumping people together. It's irony, see? The textbook definition of irony. You must have known that, and did it to be funny.

@zippyt: I never post anything that can't be backed up, unless I'm joking (which is always likely)
