Big Burger

I say, don't some of you live in Pennsylvania? There's this place with really big burgers:

Looks like Amarillo TX has some competition.

The Big Texan. They offer a humungo futhermucker of a steak, cooked to order. If you can eat the entire dinner inside an hour, it's on the house. Basically, you need to be really hungry, and not to puke before you're done. People who've done it enter their signatures in a logbook. There's a space at the end for remarks. The one I remember said simply "Hungry ag pilot." Maybe he was spraying fields on no breakfast.

I've et there, more modestly, of a regular steak, potato, a salad with the fiercest jalapeņo I've ever bitten into (a bit hotter than a serrano), and a sort of Texas-tourist appetizer plate with some of everything including a segment of deep-fried rattlesnake. Deep-fried rattlesnake comes off like -- what if fish were dry land critters?

I'm pretty sure the big burger was an IOTD, or at least got some discussion on here.

Actually, I live about 25 minutes away from the place that makes this big burger. The owner had a contest to see if anyone could finish it within a certain amout of time (sorry, don't remember the time limit). A young girl did it, ate the whole damn thing!
ughhhhhh.
