Trader Joe's Fiesta Chicken Salad. Big Yum. (A wee tad healthier than Del Taco.)

I had a couple of frozen burritos for lunch. For dinner, maybe I'll have a couple of fish tacos from Del Taco in OC's honor.

Costco 1/4 pound polish, 20 oz lemonade and a Very Berry sundae, $3.32, thankyouverymuch.
Here's pic of yesterday's lunch site, (subway 12" seafood, the works). Sandwich doesn't appear in picture.

Frozen Marie Calandars chicken fried steak. Corn on the cob doesn't do well in the microwave btw.

Leftover turkey chili and corn cakes made from a "Rachel Ray's 30-Minute-Meals" recipe. I love that show.

Acme had deli ham buy one pound, get one pound free.
I am going to be eating ham for a while. I have to decide whether one can reasonably cook a ham and cheese omelet and microwave it back to life. Probably not. Even if the egg would survive the microwaving, I can't eat an omelet without good crispy toast. Good cripsy toast is not an option at the nuthouse.
