				Oh here! Go listen!

Post your best Christmas songs of this season. http://www.streetdrumcorps.com/music06.htm They have a little juke box. On it is Happy Christmas( war is over) ( among others) They did a good job but I like the Christmas album version better. Last edited by skysidhe; 12-11-2006 at 08:15 PM. |

I liked that, sky. I don't have any recent Christmas favorites to post. When I was growing up...a Christmas morning didn't go by without Johnny Mathis' Christmas songs. Especially O Holy Night.

If you like SATB music and you like Christmas music, you should give a listen to Fred Waring and the Pennsylvanians. I have both "Christmas Time" and "Now is the Caroling Season". They are not new. In fact they are quite old, but excellent SATB arrangements.

Also of note is the classic "Walkin' 'Round in Women's Underwear". We used to perform "Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer" in our band at Yuletime, but dropped it when it seemed to actually offend the elderly. Sigh.
