Pic Association thread moved

1) I don't know why Pic association was never moved to Nothingland when that area was created

2) I don't know why the thread was created here when it was created

3) I don't know why I never noticed it was in the wrong area before

4) But in any case, it's moved there now.

No, I mean I don't know why it was in Meta either. I always figured it belonged in Images. Or Nothingland works too. But Meta? Who knows.
