This one cannot be summarized. This one is necessary if not just interesting reading. Frm the NY Times of 11 Dec 2008:

How exactly does one violate an oath that one doesn't sign? I understand how you could violate the principles with the oath, but?

All in all at the end of the night the guy was "put in his place."
