The Shrine down the hall.

These images are haunting and heartbreaking. These are just kids and to look at their rooms you can feel the lonely devastation the parents must be feeling.

Beware. You'll get goosebumps and misty eyed.

wow, those are pretty sad. and interesting. and sad. Did you see that one where the bed was turned down, just waiting for someone to slip between the sheets, that will never come home?

There are thousands of them just like that filled with those that did come home. There are also many more waiting for those that will be home soon.

The black and white photography is very effective and compelling.
