Love Songs

Love 'em, hate 'em, you probably have one that means a little more to you that the rest. Which one? And why, if you're feeling chatty?
here are some suggestions. Love some of these, HATE others.

Tripod's "I"ll be there"-not on YouTube as far as I can see.

I'll get a copy of the words and post them a bit later.

Hahhahaaa...very first song I had to turn off. I cannot stand Celine Dion, and her fakey hair blowing and looking so intense as she sings and writhes about her poor broken heart. Speaking of someone dying in a fire. (Just kidding, I kid. But I really can't stand her.)

And totally redeemed with The First Time Ever I Saw Your Face. Sigh. I could fall in love with a dead turtle listening to that one.

All in all a good mix. Never been fond of cheesy duets. I like Billy Joel and Clapton. For Joel, I like "Always a Woman" better than "Just the Way You Are."

Sine-aid O'Conner was a mess, but that's a good song.

Unchained Melody has been too overdone, imho.

And, Maybe I AM Amazed. What of it?

Love songs are silly, and I'm a sentimental silly fool.

Oooookay. Here's my favorite . . . well, one of them. Totally sappy, and, well, you just need to know I have a strange addiction to Cat Stevens.
