Not at all, Al's boys would be quite happy to not have to worry about some citizen having an attack of vigilantism.

Why sure; but, Big Al himself was in prison by then, when Frederick provided that testimony during congressional hearings on the National Firearms Act in 1934, and Big Al was probably disappointed it didn't happen back in his heyday.
