My New "Addition"

My newest Niece was born on Monday morning.

Her name is Nicolette Elena, and she weighs a whopping 9 pounds, 4 ounces, and is 20 inches long.

She's fondly called "Chunky Monkey" by the nurses at the hospital.

Mother, Baby, Daddy, and the three older sisters are all doing well.

Now, if I can only get my OWN case of baby fever taken care of.

*sigh*

Very cute.

Babies are starting out bigger and bigger these days, it seems.

I don't think it's just McDonald's fault.

I doubt it.. Mrs. Dallas and I both loathe McDonald's and our kids were 8lb 12 oz and 8lb 10 oz respectively!

A cute niece.. there's nothing like having nieces & nephews to dote on.... and then hand back to their parents!!!

cute stuff indeed.

re: big babies, back in the 70's my poor mum pushed out 3 behemoths. first was 10lb 11 oz, 24 inches long, the next two were +/- 9.5 pounders. it's a wonder she still talks to us.
