Celebrity Death Pool

Generally this game is played for money ($10) with the winner getting the entire pot, but I suppose we can play for fun. The game plays as follows.

Pick 10 celebrities you think will die in the next calendar year. If someone on your list dies you subtract thier age from 100 and that is the number of points you get. For instance Michael Jackson would earn 53 points. The person with the most points at the end of the year gets the money...or in this case....the recognition?

My list is as follows:

Pope John Paul II
Saddam Hussein
Osama Bin Laden
Nick Nolte
Mickey Rooney
Red Buttons
Robert Downey Jr.
Michael J. Fox
James Brown
Richard Pryor

*ahem* cocaine habit/addiction does not equal anorexia.

affinity for euphamisms in the entertainment industry, you say?

with the young olson girl it is "anorexia"
with Scott Stapp it was "exhaustion"
but they both end up in drug rehab.

doh.

I didn't put as much thought into my list as I thought. And I've been lax on my Olsen twin research lately. Oh well.

I have this strange feeling that Johnny Cochran will be next. Sometime tonight, even.

Seeing as how it probably first happened to him when he was five or so, I don't know if that will be the thing that kills him. I think he won't be able to handle the dissolution of his elaborate little alternate reality. The man's never spent more than 5 minutes at a time in the world you and I live in. It's really pathetic.

Too late for Johnny, but he would have been worth 33 points. Man I wish I named him.
