PHASE 3
WEEK 11 DAY 1 Okay, after three...yes, three weeks of being lazy, I finally exercised. :p: I am finishing that last phase, which is 5 weeks. I missed yesterday so today is day one and the routine for today is chest and back and ab ripper. I did half of the chest and back routine, which was plenty. My arms were shaking afterwards. :p: Alrighty, see ya tomorrow! :D |

WEEK 11 DAY 2 I did plyometrics this morning. Because my aunt was sitting there watching me, I didn't cheat; I went down low and jumped up high. Damn, I was exhausted. :dead3: |
WEEK 11 DAY 3
So, I only had enough time to either eat cake and enjoy a nice cup of coffee or exercise. *hang my head* I had some cake and coffee. :D |
Completed, one set of arm exercises, one set of jaw exercises, and 20 minutes of peristalsis to work the core abs.

I did chest, shoulder, & tricep. I hate this routine, too much push-ups. :greenface I also did ab ripper. |

SonofV says plyometrics is the worst (meaning the best I guess). Good luck!

As you can tell from my lack of input, I have not been exercising. :blush: Today, however, I did go jogging. The weather was much cooler than it has been so it was tolerable to go out jogging at 7:30AM. Since it has been a long while that I last jogged, I took it nice and slow to complete a 30 minute jog. :) |
