You probably need to be used to listening to fast paced rap to get it. Especially with the accent difference.

That previous one was a daily duppy, they tend to be very fast (all crammed into 3 minutes) and a showcase for skill. Its rap for other rappers

This might be easier for someone not versed in the British style of rap (very very fast) and showcases his wordplay and flow. This is probably my favourite Fire in the Booth performance of all time - it's split into 2 parts - the first is a freestyle rap, the second is a beautiful and haunting spoken word piece.

His previous fire in the booth raps have covered things like mass incarceration and prisons for profit, the history of racism, his own experiences growing up, and the class system

This one is more of a flex and a commentary on the state of rap - what is valued in mainstream rap - but it is so stylishly done. He just flows through the beat, shifting the flow effortlessly as the DJ changes the beat

And the spoken word piece at the end is wonderful - 11:14 to jump to him explaining the set up and performing the piece.

I LOVE the Sting and Shaggy CD. It’s got me rocking in my shoes to the sweet reggae groove.

I'll see your Buddy Guy and raise you some Luther Allison.

@Grav, I dig this tune, but check what happens at about 8:14. It changes from a smooth, sad shuffle to something a *lot* hotter!

@Flint, if you please, can you tell what's going on with that cymbal sound that mutes so abruptly at about 6:37 to 6:50? I like it.

But you keep on getting down with your bad 8-track self!
