Thought I'd duck back in to close the what is it.
I guess Glatt gets the win (imagine that). He said MRI machine...It's a CT Scanner with its clothes off. I did not know ALL that shit was spinning inside there: |
Now, I do not want to go in there!
|
Jesus, no wonder the service contracts are so high.
I've never seen a field engineer crazy enough to turn the motherƒucker on without the casing. |
Watch the dangers of an MRI I doubt the casing would do much in the way of containment.

I think that the only purpose of the casing is to keep from scaring the patient. And it's a dust cover.
|
Maybe, but, damn I've just never seen anyone do that.

Cuz you hangin with lite weights
|
Dang, I missed this one. Something I actually knew!
Re the MRI, that's why they do orbital x-rays of anyone who may have even a faint possibility of having metal in their eyes (people who work on grinders, other types of metal-working etc.), prior to running the scan. |

This isn't going to be a proper What Is This?, because I'm not positive what they are, but, what's in the pic? There are some clues...What I think is the answer, is below the pic, highlight to see it.
Attachment 45268 Answer: I think they are buoys. Never seen one out of the water. Pic is Baltimore. |
channel markers is my guess
|
I first thought 'giant military-grade spinning tops'.
